Stephen Wilder, Data Communications Manager. Stephen joined the Duerr Evaluation team in April of 2000, bringing with him an extensive background in computer systems, networks, and database design. He attended California State University, Chico where he majored in Computer Science and Information Technology. Stephen has 18 years of professional experience with computer systems and application management and nine years of networking and Internet management experience. He manages all DER in-house information systems and is currently working on several web-hosted database applications.
