Mike Newlin, Evaluation Director. As the first employee of Duerr Evaluation Resources, Mike has been with the company since 1984. Mike completed both his BA and MA degrees in Social Science at CSU, Chico. Since becoming an Evaluation Director in 1991, Mike has managed more than 100 evaluation projects and has written more than a dozen successful grant proposals (with total awards over $10 million). He has also taught grant writing at CSU, Chico for the Department of Health and Community Services. Mike is married to his beautiful wife Vickie and is the proud father of three. In his spare time, Mike is an avid sports fan and outdoors' enthusiast.
